Gather well.

Community. Culture. Connection.

A place where nature, local culture, and wellness
come together to create extraordinary moments.

What could a day in Woodhaven look like with this development?

“The year is 2030. On a Saturday morning in Woodhaven, a young boy and his grandfather play in the new public splash park while the parents attend a gardening & agricultural class inside the community center rebuilt from the bones of the golf clubhouse the grandfather played at thirty years ago. Inside, a senior exercise class fills the next room, and a culinary job training in another. By the afternoon, the family follows a new trail from the community center over to Woodhaven Park, then up across Randol Mill to Quanah Parker Park where they meet up with their friends, and head to a community event at Gateway Park, then end their day at the new farm-to-table sit down restaurant, eating produce grown just hundreds of feet away from their table.”

Our Vision

For years, Woodhaven residents have wondered what could become of the former golf course, clubhouse, and surrounding land.

This project is an opportunity to move from hope and conversation to implementation—bringing new life, gathering places, and long-term investment back to the heart of the neighborhood.

How We Got Here

A community process years in the making — and a rare window to move the vision forward.

Woodhaven’s next chapter did not begin overnight. It has been shaped by years of neighborhood history, public investment tools, community planning, redevelopment efforts, and growing momentum around the former golf course and clubhouse.

THE VISION

Building Woodhaven, Together.

Bringing new life to the
heart of the neighborhood.

CREATING HOUSING FOR ALL STAGES OF LIFE

For the entrepreneurs and families getting their start, to the Woodhaven seniors looking to downsize

Housing that creates opportunities and sparks new investment - raising the standard for rental housing and making the case for development in Woodhaven. With a mix of townhouses, live/work houses, and apartments, Blue Ridge Cascade (BRC) is able to bring a mix of housing types - proven to help provide neighborhood stability and growth. Utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits funding (LIHTC), Blue Ridge Cascade is able to help fill the financing gap in the Woodhaven market, fund additional public amenities or infrastructure near the project, and provide housing for individuals and families who make 60% of Fort Worth’s Area-Median-Income (AMI), like the profiles above. Blue Ridge Cascade prides itself in creating Class A housing that is indistinguishable from market-rate: high-quality finishes and exteriors, funding set aside for ongoing maintenance, and committed ownership that sticks with the property and communities for decades to come. No LIHTC housing or model like this exists in Woodhaven, and it is what makes the amenities, investment, and farm-to-table community hub come to life.

Blue Ridge Woodhaven Presentation - A Work in Progress

When Blue Ridge Cascade (BRC) saw the Woodhaven community vision, planning work, and momentum, we became interested in bringing our development expertise, investment capacity, and long-term ownership and partnership to help move the vision from conversation to implementation. BRC wanted to build something that Woodhaven and Fort Worth would be proud of. This is the Woodhaven Together vision.

Woodhaven Together - an innovative, farm-to-table community hub - is a agri-neighborhood concept that brings the community together through activated green space and nature, fresh foods, gathering places, learning, wellness, quality homes, improved infrastructure and safety, spaces for neighborhood amenities and small businesses to get their start.

A place where nature, local culture, and wellness come together to create extraordinary moments.

Now, Blue Ridge Cascade is excited to partner with Woodhaven to shape the project’s signature aspects — including amenities, green space, naming, programming, community gathering areas, and the features that will make this place feel like the future of Woodhaven.

Community feedback and support is needed before this opportunity can become a reality.

Projects like this cannot stand on their own - they take true public- private partnerships and a show of community support.
